Wind and Raven
Wind and Raven is the spiritual and shamanic wing of my life’s work. It blends ancient animist wisdom with post-traumatic integration and modern psycho-spiritual practice. This is where I publish personal rituals, mythic insights, grief journeys, and healing techniques rooted in Celtic, Andean, and soul-based traditions.
Valkyrie Counseling
Valkyrie Counseling is my clinical and narrative integration practice. It focuses on addiction recovery, trauma-informed counseling, and narrative coaching using tools I’ve developed over decades. This is where I discuss direct application of healing frameworks, mental health resilience, and professional counseling ethics.
Recovery Cafe
Recovery Cafe is the community front of my work in addiction healing and peer support. It includes reflections on group facilitation, the development of Healing Pathways, ASAM group strategies, and lived experience in service-based recovery programs. These posts are grounded in real-life recovery work and the grit of group healing.
