The Healing Pathways Companion & Facilitator’s Guide

About the Books
The Healing Pathways Companion and the Facilitator’s Guide are designed to work together, offering both the individual and the guide a structured yet flexible approach to healing. They are part of the larger Healing Pathways body of work, which draws from lived experience, clinical practice, and integrative traditions to create a framework that is both practical and transformative.
The Companion is the reader’s entry point—a personal guide that invites self-reflection, narrative practice, and integrative exercises. It emphasizes story as medicine and imagination as a tool for survival. The Facilitator’s Guide provides structure for group leaders, clinicians, and counselors who wish to bring the eight Healing Pathways into community or clinical settings, offering facilitation tips, session outlines, and ways to deepen the group process without losing authenticity.
What Readers and Facilitators Will Find Inside:
- Eight Healing Pathways blending narrative, somatic, and mindfulness practices.
- Journaling prompts, reflection exercises, and guided practices for personal exploration.
- Facilitation strategies for counselors and group leaders, including adaptable session outlines.
- A unified approach that does not separate body, mind, and spirit but treats them as a living whole.
These books are not about prescribing a single way forward—they are about opening pathways. The Companion meets the reader where they are, while the Facilitator’s Guide equips professionals to hold space for groups walking these same paths. Together they ensure that the work of recovery, healing, and transformation can be lived out individually and collectively.
Since the Alpha release, the program has been tested in both holistic and clinical contexts. That testing phase is now coming to a close, and the updated version is scheduled for release by the end of the first quarter of 2027. This will be the finalized edition. My intention is not to continually update or revise the material, but rather to bring it to completion and allow it to live as a body of work that others can carry forward. Ultimately, my vision is to scale this program by placing it in the hands of others—whether counselors, organizations, or future facilitators—who can bring it into communities in ways that go beyond my direct involvement.
If This Is How It Feels to Heal is the foundation, these two books are the practice and the framework: the tools that help translate testimony into shared healing experiences. They are bridges between personal narrative and professional practice, making them equally valuable for individuals in recovery, clinicians, and spiritual seekers.
